Pricing & Funding

Clear, transparent pricing.

One hourly rate across every funding pathway. A service agreement is completed before sessions begin so there are no surprises.

The rate

$193.99 per hour.

Face-to-face time is tailored to your child's goals and needs, commonly 45 minutes, with 15 minutes added for the preparation and notes attached to each session. You're only ever charged for the time used, in line with the hourly rate above. If a session needs custom resources made just for your child, the time spent making them is charged at the same hourly rate and noted in your service agreement before any work begins.

The same rate applies whether you're NDIS, DCP, Medicare or paying privately.

Good to know

Honest answers to common questions.

Are reports charged separately?
Non-face-to-face time for reports, letters or resource development is charged separately at the same rate. A quote and service agreement will be provided prior to billing.
What about travel?
Travel is charged in line with NDIS pricing arrangements, only where applicable for school, home and community visits. This will be discussed with you prior to booking in services.
What if I need to cancel?
48 hours notice is appreciated where possible, so the session time can be offered to another client. If shorter notice is unavoidable, a cancellation fee applies: 48+ hours, no fee; 24 to 48 hours, 90% of the session fee; less than 24 hours, 100%. You can let Tamsyn know via phone, text or email.
